This appointment includes Re-assessment and Treatment that takes approximately 30 minutes. Please schedule this appointment if you have seen this practitioner before. A friendly reminder that we require 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. A 50% cancellation fee will apply in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or in the event of a no-show.
